Grok
Integrating Grok into Website Projects
Grok is part of the set we work with. It is not the default voice of a clinic, a guide service, or a city department.
Use the model, do not inherit the persona
Grok is useful when a team wants a different research pass or a blunt critique of a draft. That is a workshop use. The public site should still sound like the organization.
We separate internal prompting from published copy. A spicy model persona is not a brand system.
Facts still need a source
Any model can state a trail status, a license rule, or a price with confidence and be wrong. Grok is no exception.
Alaska details — seasons, access, regulations, hours — get checked against the client and primary sources before they ship.
A fourth option, not a mascot
Offering Grok alongside GPT, Gemini, and Claude means the project is not locked to one vendor’s defaults. It does not mean every page needs a Grok mention.
We pick it when the task fits, document the choice, and leave it out when another model or no model is the better tool.
